Repair Warranty

This warranty covers the replacement of spare parts used for the repair. In the event of repeated repair, our customer’s device is repaired FREE OF CHARGE or the repair costs are refunded, as long as the issue was not caused by the customer’s misuse (humidity, drop, etc.). The repair spare parts can be replaced up to one ( 1 ) time in the given warranty time. In case of a refund, there might be a fee for the technical inspection cost. Under no circumstances shall Glitch be held liable for damage to the device sent for repair, loss of data, loss of profits, or incidental damage that may have occurred before, during, or after the repair, unless a defect due to a spare part that has been used can be proved. If during a repair the main issue is fixed and there is another issue, then the spare part in the warranty can not be covered if it is affected by the second issue. If the repair parts are functional, no refunds will be given.

Product warranty

For products that have been sold by our company, the warranty of the manufacturing company is in effect. Glitch has no responsibility after the sale of the product.
In cases where the buyer can not return the product to our store in person, Glitch is not charged with the cost of receiving the device but only with the cost of returning the product to the customer, only if there was indeed a damage covered by the warranty.

Consumables warranty

All our products have a guarantee of good operation. In the event of a non functional consumable due to misuse ( breakage, external wear or printer, copier, fax damage) the store does not handle the consumable’s replacement.

Repair period

The period of time that we can keep each device is three ( 3 ) months. If the customer does not respond, or refuses the delivery, the device will be recycled. Otherwise, it is possible to store the device by paying the corresponding storage cost. In any case, the customer will be informed.
