Return Policy

Returns are accepted after arrangement and only if the products are unused and their original packaging has not been altered.

In case of using the product or altering the original packaging, no return is accepted.

Returns are accepted for (14) fourteen days from the delivery of the products if they meet the above specifications, without any charge if the company is responsible. Otherwise the customer is charged with the costs.

In case the product has a defect and it is covered by the warranty, the replacement is made in consultation with the manufacturing company.

In case a product has been damaged / broken in the package, during shipping, it will be replaced only if we are informed on the day of its receipt. No replacement is possible beyond this time.

Before returning the products, it is necessary to have contacted our company by e-mail at info@myglitch.gr or by phone at 2810-256089.

Product Return Procedure

  • By Visiting the Store
    You return the product to us in the store along with the retail receipt and after the necessary check is made and it meets the return conditions, it is replaced with another product.
  • Shipping To Our Company
    After contacting our company, the product is packaged and shipped along with its receipt. The customer is charged with any shipping costs. Afterwards, if the product is covered by the warranty terms, it is repaired or replaced, and we send it back to the customer at our own shipping costs.
